This image was taken on Montgomery Street close to Camp Bowie (near the cultural arts district/across from the Omni theatre). For years now I have driven past this place and thought, hm…that’s interesting. It was a hair salon not too long ago, and is currently a pumpkin patch. Does anyone know what this place was originally?? I am extremely curious. I think I might have to call anything you every wanted to know.
Not sure what it use to be, but I remember when the person that owns it was putting the plane together. First he had it sitting inside the building when nothing else was in it. Then when he put the wings on, it sat out front for months.
Always wondered what it was for. Makes for a cool backdrop though.
I always thought it was a gas station originally!
