I had the pleasure of meeting Ciara & Jeremy and shooting their engagement session while in Corpus last week, I love it when timing works out perfectly like that.

Jeremy is in the Navy and has already served our country overseas and is scheduled to return. Ciara and Jeremy have been dating for 7 months (although, as they were telling me about how similar their histories were and how the nearly crossed paths SEVERAL times before actually meeting–it really seems as thought they have been together much longer), since Jeremy is scheduled for another tour they decided there was no reason to wait. They are so joyful and happy together. What a beautiful reminder to enjoy the time we have together to it’s fullest.

Have I mentioned how much fun they are?

The cobra is an inside joke between these two love birds. …or should I say “tobra”. I should also mention that I found out half way through the session that Jeremy is a Star Trek fan (you know how these things come up…). It was an immediate heart match. Yes, I am now outed as a Star Trek fan, it was a great show!

To Jeremy, and all of our current and past armed forces, thank you for your service. To Ciara and Jeremy, thank you for allowing me to come into your lives for a brief period of time. You are a lovely couple, I can’t wait to see you again in March for your wedding!
